2018 LDA Conference Scholarships Available

The Lyme Disease Association will offer scholarships for the 2018 conference in Providence, RI. LDA must receive the application from you by August 15, 2018 to be considered for a scholarship. Applicants will be considered on a first come first serve basis until the funds are depleted.
