Walk-In Lyme Clinic
Help in the fight against Lyme disease!

On November 10th, 2018 Columbia Lyme & Tick-borne Diseases Research Center will host a walk-in Lyme clinic from 12pm-4pm. This will take place at the Pleasant Valley Fire Company in Pleasant Valley, New York. This study is open to people between ages 18-75 who have been diagnosed with Lyme disease in the last two years. Please bring medical records supporting your Lyme diagnosis (blood work, doctor's notes, photo of rash). We look forward to seeing you there!
